SUPPLY OF ALCOHOLIC PRODUCTS TO INDIVIDUALS BELOW THE AGE OF 21
The sale of alcohol is strictly prohibited to individuals below the age of 21. It is illegal for individuals below the age of 21 to purchase through this website. Individuals below the age of 21 whom falsify their details in order to purchase alcoholic products is strictly prohibited and deemed illegal.

 

NON – SALES OF ALCOHOL TO MUSLIMS
In accordance to the legal provisions of Section 19 (1) & Section 19 (2) Syariah Criminal Offences Act 1997, all Malaysian Muslims are forbidden from buying and drinking alcohol. Verona Wines Sdn Bhd (www.veronawines.com.my) will not sell any alcohol products listed on its website to any Malaysian Muslims.

Do note that all Product’s Description & Information may not be 100% accurate. For Instance, Label, Origin, Type, Colour, Palate & Pairing may vary.

 

PRODUCT’S STOCK LEVEL
For Bulk Orders (More Than 6 Bottles), do check with us prior to making any payment to avoid any insufficient stock. If an order had been made while there is insufficient stock, full refund will be made or the individual may wait till the stock arrives, estimated date of arrival will be advised. For Single Product Orders, there may be instances where a product may be out of stock without any prior notification due to high order demands. In such instance, a refund (after deduction of relevant merchant charges) will be made.

 

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
There is no minimum order quantity for existing stock / orders placed on this website (www.veronawines.com.my) however delivery charges may apply.

 

PRICING INFORMATION
Verona Wines Sdn Bhd (www.veronawines.com.my) strives to consistently provide the most updated information and prices on the website. However if the pricing is incorrect, we reserve the right to not process the order at the incorrect price. If an order is made at an incorrect price, we will notify the individual through Call and provide the option of paying the correct price or to cancel the order. Prices shown on each item listed is not inclusive of the delivery charges, which will be added to the bill.

 

DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery charges will be charged according to the order amount. Free Delivery for orders above RM 450.00 within 10KM distance from Verona Wines Outlet. Preset has been set on the website for available delivery location(s) together with the relevant charges – if may apply. CANCELLATION
The Customer holds the right to cancel any order made on this website (www.veronawines.com.my) within 24 hours from the time of order placed. Verona Wines Sdn Bhd (www.veronawines.com.my) reserves the right to cancel orders that we are unable to fulfill due to stocking issue or for any error that may have occurred.

 

INDEMNIFICATION
You shall indemnify and save harmless Verona Wines Sdn Bhd (www.veronawines.com.my) and its officers, directors, employees, consultants, representatives and agents from and against any claim, cause of action or demand, including without limitation reasonable legal, accounting and other professional fees, brought as a result of your use of the websites.

 

SEVERABILITY
These Terms & Conditions shall be deemed severable. In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

These Terms & Conditions, together with those incorporated or referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersede any prior understandings or agreements (whether electronic, oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing, or by Verona Wines Sdn Bhd (www.veronawines.com.my) making such amendments or modifications available to it pursuant to the Terms & Conditions.
